On Kapushanska street, somebody has forgotten to clean up the area near the regional hospital. There is a branch there which either fell after heavy rain or was cut by utilities.
Currently, the problem is that they seem to have forgotten to take it away. Now pedestrians have to walk around it, motorists have to park pushing their cars to the branches.
By the way, somebody has already took the messy place for a dump.
