This time the target was Inna Konar the manager of a bank branch, once a candidate for the city council deputy and blogger known for public squabbling with her prosecutor ex-husband.
The fact of the car arson in the yard of the house was reported by Inna’s husband Pavlo Fedaka on his page on facebook.
According to him, Serhiy Ratushnyak and the chief of the regional police Serhiy Knyazev arrived the scene. The car was not insured.
