Pogorelov asked journalists “not to come in without knocking” to “avoid liability”

Uzhgorod Mayor Victor Pogorelov started his briefing today with a rather interesting appeal to journalists.

He "strongly requested" not to come into his office through the recreation room (which is adjoined to the office and to the small hall, where the executive committee meetings and briefings take place).

"It happened last week, I was having a meeting with residents and saw image from the surveillance cameras with several people in my room. Please, do not do it, it is unethical to say the least," Pogorelov said and added quote: "do not do it to avoid liability, do not abuse my kindness."
