Battalion commander of the Right Sector of Transcarpathia Stojka is officially wanted since August 17

This is reported on the site of the Ministry of Internal Affairs – the UNIAN informs.

According to the Ministry of Internal Affairs, Stojka disappeared on August 17 this year and is wanted as a person hiding from prosecutors.

He is suspected under Art. 258, Part 3 – the creation of a terrorist group or organization.

Earlier it was reported that according to unofficial information, the police preliminary identified ten of the 13 alleged participants in the incident at the sport complex "Antares" and the firefight near the gas station "Narodne". One them is Roman Stojka, commander of the 1st RS battalion with the call sign "Honest."

Recall that in Mukachevo, on July 11, there was a shooting. According to local media, the conflict arose between the members to the Right Sector and the people of MP Lanyo. According to representatives of the RS, Lanyo called them to negotiations, as the RS began to interfere with contraband flows.

The criminal proceeding under Part 1 of Art. 255 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine (the creation of a criminal organization) and Part 3 of Art. 258 (terrorist act) was opened.
