In Transcarpathia, the Security Service of Ukraine together with the police detained a resident of Khust district who was growing cannabis on her property and selling it to residents of the region.
The woman was detained by the police while trying to sell the finished drug for 45,000 UAH.
Based on the case of the Security Service of Ukraine Office in Transcarpathian region, criminal proceeding under Part 2 of Art. 307 (illegal manufacture or sale of drugs) of the Criminal Code of Ukraine has been opened.
Urgent operational-investigative measures are being taken.
