At the checkpoint "Uzhgorod – Vysne Nemecke" of the Transcarpathian customs office, the works for expansion of the passenger section road junction under the project "Modernization and reconstruction of checkpoints on the Slovak-Ukrainian border" continue.
The next stage of works for arrangement of 4 lanes at the exit of Ukraine has started today, August 12 and will last until September 15 this year.
During the period of reconstruction, only one lane for exiting from Ukraine at the road junction will be used. Vehicles will pass into the territory of Slovakia without accumulation in the buffer zone, – the communications department of the Main Office of the SFS in Transcarpathian region informs.
