Summer heat in Transcarpathia confused many people. Even news feed in social networks was full of prayers to the Almighty for rain or the opposite – posts telling that summer is too short, therefore one should not complain about the heat.
As journalist Oksana Shtefanyo wrote on facebook: "I used to hate the heat. And now I like it. Because summer is so short!"
In turn, after the shower, journalist and chief volunteer of the region Galina Yartseva wrote: "I think the rain today will be more popular than any other news!"
Blogger Serhiy Mykyta, as always, joked:
"- Son, come look at this rain!
– Thanks, I have already liked a post about it."
Uzhgorod.in celebrated the rain in its own way. A few photographs before, during and after the shower in Uzhgorod. Despite the wind, that before the rain made branches and chairs from the terraces fly, the rain refreshed asphalt and allowed to breathe in deeply.
