Cartoon panorama and music from movies in the Regiona Philharmonics (Announcement)

The variety brass band of the Transcarpathian Regional Philharmonic needs no introduction – this collective is well known in our region, all its concerts have success among a broad listening audience. The last concert programs are no exception: "Alma Latina" impressed with incendiary Latin American rhythms and melodies, and "For the love and the will!" (on the Day of Unity of Ukraine) struck with high patriotic sound, constellation of young soloists and interesting premieres. Besides, the orchestra plays a lot of thematic concerts both at the Philharmonic and outside of Uzhgorod. The target audience of this group are students. And it must be said that children attend concerts with great pleasure. After all, the musicians not only perform music pieces, but also show young viewers playing on individual instruments, joke, invite to sing along. Such a pretty relaxed atmosphere appeals to children and encourages them to further cultural meetings.

Now, the band is preparing no less original program. All of us, regardless of age, love movies and cartoons. The older generation have a special nostalgia for good old comedies, and young people grew on Disney cartoons and contemporary blockbusters. And what is better to remind about the favorite screen heroes and their adventures than the music composed for these movies?

So, June 11, the variety brass band of the Transcarpathian Regional Philharmonic will play music from movies of different eras – from Soviet-era comedies to Oscar winning animation. The director of the orchestra – Honored Artist of Ukraine Volodymyr Spivak. Soloist – Miroslava Shvakh-Pekar (vocals), host – Natalia Pitsur. The concert starts at 18.30.
