Uzhgorod residents are the worst payers for water in the region

In the first quarter, Transcarpathians began paying less for utilities. Thus, residents of the region have paid only 89% of water supply and wastewater disposal costs, while the last year, the percentage of payments for these services was 95%. 

Inhabitants of the regional center are the worst payers for water – only 81%. The best are in Irshava – 108%, and in Mukachevo – 102%.

The institutions financed from the local budget have paid 97.5% of water supply and wastewater disposal costs; those financed from the state budget have paid 97.1%; commercial customers – 95.8%.
