On the page Transcarpathian Heritage in facebok, where historical photos of different eras from all over Transcarpathia are posted, there is a post with the development project of the historic "Small Halahov" quarter in Uzhgorod and official documents of services that "do not object" against the construction.
"This is how Uzhgorod officials see the historic Small Halahov quarter – a 12-storey pseudomodern hotel among Czechoslovak functional architecture with ideal height" – the post reads.
In this quarter, on Hoyda street, modern Transcarpathian Regional State Administration and other nearby administrative buildings were erected. The construction of an "ultramodern" 12-storey hotel can significantly spoil cleverly designed and harmonized Czech architecture. Actually, see for yourself…

In addition, an official document is published on the page with the conclusion of the Cultural heritage service of the City Council, which has "no objection" against the construction of an apartment building and a hotel on that site.
And here are city planning norms signed by the Acting Chief Architect of the city – Mykhailo Ivehesh.
