A few hours later, on the night to April 17, a fire engulfed a car "Skoda Octavia" parked in the courtyard of an apartment building onShevchenko street, in the town of Velyky Berezny. The owner of the car was at home at that time. His neighbor noticed the ignition, and at 2:17 called the rescue service "101". The fire destroyed the interior trim of the car, four tires, engine compartment and damaged paintwork on the vehicle. The cause of the fire and damages are being established.

Almost at the same, a car "Volkswagen Passat" near a five-story building on I.Zrinya street in Mukachevo caught fire. Tenants of the building noticed the fire, woke up the owner of the car and at 2:22 called the rescue service. At 2:30, firefighters localized the fire, and 10 minutes later, eliminated it. The fire destroyed the engine compartment and the windshield and damaged the interior of the vehicle. The cause of the fire and the amount of damages is being established by law enforcement.
