33 deputies of Mukachevo City Council voted for this decision, two – did not vote.

The decision was adopted at today’s session of the City Council of Mukachevo. According to the decision, the title of "Honorary Citizen of Mukachevo" shall be awarded to the commander of the 128th Brigade Serhiy Shaptala and posthumously – to the 10 soldiers who perished in the ATO area.
