Recall that until recently Vitaliy Erfan was heading the Youth and Sports Department of the Transcarpathian Regional State Administration.
He was appointed to the post back in 2010. At one time, he was also the deputy head of the Transcarpathian regional youth organization "Young Regions".
After numerous rumors of his dismissal, in late February, it was reported that two new structural units will be formed at the RSA – the Department of Education and Scince and the Department of Youth and Sports. The Department of Youth and Sports is headed by Denys Man, the head of the youth wing of the regional organization of the "UDAR" party.
As seen from the page of the Transcarpathian Regional Administrative Court, Vitaliy Erfan decided to seek his reinstatement in court.
The court, however, concluded that the plaintiff’s application for securing of evidence should be suspended because of some faults. Vitaliy Erfan should eliminate them by March 27. As can be seen from another ruling, it is a formality: "The plaintiff must submit the proof of payment of court fee in amount of 121.80 UAH for application for provisional remedy."
