According to Ukrainian legislation, which is a number of acts regulating the process of the power lustration, and a number of orders of the Cabinet and the Ministry for their implementation, on March 19, at the MIA of Ukraine Office in Transcarpathian region the check of the personnel started according to the schedule. The schedule of checks under the Law of Ukraine "On lustration power" for units of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine Office in Transcarpathian region is already known, the public relations sector of the regional police office informs.
The schedule clearly sets out dates and positions to be checked during the lustration. Thus, on March 19, this process should have begun with the first deputy and deputy chiefs of the Ministry of Internal Affairs Office.
Every employee of the units, including musicians and dog handlers, will undergo checks. The lustration of the Transcarpathian police should finish in October. Then, they will proceed to check the military medical commission, hospital, mental health care center, sanitary-epidemiological station.
