In Transcarpathia, the consumption of natural gas is within the limits

The heating season in all settlements of the region is going on without disruptions. 569 pre-schools and 669 schools, 47 hospitals and 35 apartment buildings in the city of Rakhiv are heated. 

According to the optimization of heating supply to the settlements of the region, the public sector institutions are heated autonomously, residential houses are heated individually. In February, the consumption of natural gas was within the limits. 

Consumers of the region paid for 100% of the natural gas used in January and December of 2014. In particular, households – at 97.6%, institutions and organizations financed from the state budget – 100.7%, institutions and organizations financed from the local budget – 101.9%, including those financed from the regional budget – 92.5%, from municipal and district budgets – 103.9 %. 

However, payments for natural gas used in January 2015 have been made only at 68.4%. In particular, households – at 78.9%, institutions and organizations financed from the state budget – 39.3%, institutions and organizations financed from the local budget – 41.8%, including those financed from the regional budget – 78.9%, from municipal and district budgets – 35.1%. 

As for electricity, consumers of the region in 2014 paid off 100%. However, payments for electricity for January of this year have been only at 84.6%. In particular, payments by housing and utility companies have been made at 51.9% (including water utilities – 52.4%); institutions and organizations financed from the state budget – 50.5%, institutions and organizations financed from the local budget – 61.0%, households – 83%.
