Transcarpathian orienteers brought awards from Hungary (PHOTOS)

Despite the cold and windy weather, the last competitions of the season for Transcarpathian orienteers finished with a bright holiday. Transcarpathians were pleasantly surprised to be invited to participate in open international competitions Nyírerdő kupa and the championship of the Szabolcs-Szatmár-Bereg region, which took place near the Hungarian-Ukrainian border in the village of Levelek.

The following Mukachevo athletes received awards at these competitions:

in the category of U-16 – Vladislav Frantsuzov from the school №11 (first place) and Arthur Svatko from the school №1 (second place);

among female athletes under 12 years – Nina (first place) and Katerina (second place) Tsepurdey, among boys of the same age category – Vladislav Tsepurdey (second place); 

among "young" veterans (under 45 years) – Andriy Lozitsky (2nd place); in the other category – Oleksandr Tsepurdey (1 place).

         Dana and Anton Deshkos, Svitlana Diulina, Lyudmila Grishko and Volodymyr Svatko also showed good results.

         The participation of our orienteers in these competitions was made possible by Tiberiy Zubaka and Igor Frantsuzov.
