Whole world overnight – the diplomatic fair in Budapest.

Family day of Sunday is a great opportunity to get acquainted with the culture and unique features of the countries that have diplomatic missions accredited in Hungary. The fourth diplomatic fair will be held in Budapest on November 30.

This year 45 embassies participate in the event, 29 of which will present the most delicious national features of their countries. The embassy of Ukraine this year will also participate in this event, because it is a good opportunity to showcase the cultural heritage, features, and products made in our country.

The Diplomatic Fair is organized by the Diplomatic Spouse Budapest – a public association (non-political, non-religious and non-profit) founded in 2000. The proceeds from the fair will be used for charitable purposes to support three nonprofit organizations: the Institute of Special Education and Development (SOFI), the Guide Dog Training Center of the Hungarian Federation for Blind and Visually Impaired and the Orphanage in Esztergom (A Mi Házunk) – an educational program for Roma children. Embassies can use part of the proceeds for charitable purposes in their countries. The fair is held under the patronage of Mrs. Anita Herceg, the First Lady of Hungary.

During the event, in addition to national music, singing and dancing, there will also be a children’s play area, raffle and many interesting meetings.
So, November 30, 2014 (Sunday), Budapest, Intercontinental Hotel (1052 Budapest, Apáczai Csere János u. 12-14), from 10:00 to 16:00. The price of admission is 500 HUF.
