After the dismissal of the Secretary of the Council Vitaliy Semal, Olga Travina was elected the chair of the session and read out the statement of 32 deputies about the nomination of Bogdan Andriyiv – deputy, who was elected to the Council on the list of the Party of Regions – for the post of the Secretary.
With 40 votes "for", Andriyiv became the Acting Mayor of Uzhgorod…
The audience booed the decision, shouting "shame".
