In Transcarpathia, a new cultural project has been launched

On Saturday, in Uzhgorod, there was a presentation of a new cultural project – "Art expeditions. Ways of the national elite. From Kyiv to Uzhgorod." 

The project organizers are trying to create cultural "communication corridors" that will bring together small and large cities of Ukraine, will establish personal and creative relationships between artists and local elite. Following each meeting, artists create a series of paintings based on impressions of the most interesting historical and natural attractions.

This weekend, the "Art Expeditions" was combined with the program of the 14th Festival of classical and contemporary music "Music constellation of Transcarpathia".

The curator of the art part of the project, art historian Iryna Oliynyk, artists Yevhen Gula, Mykhailo Rudnenko, Odeksandr Byelozor, Artem Kopayhorenko, Victor Semenyak, Natalia Hladovska, Olena Dumbadzhe took part in the project.

Artists plan to create over 50 paintings from different parts of Transcarpathia within a week. The exhibition of paintings will be exhibted at the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine.
