November 19, at 16.00, in the Transcarpathian ethnographic museum, there will be an official opening of the personal exhibition of Florentine mosaic by Kyiv designer and architect Volodymyr Larionov. He has been working on developing a unique technique of Florentine mosaics since 2000.
Using the basics of this technique, he decided to replace the expensive natural stones with other available natural materials that have radically changed the traditional technique. He has been improving the technique for ten years. In 2010, the first exhibition of Volodymyr Larionov was held in Slovakia.
The artist is constantly improving his own technique. The solo exhibition of Florentine mosaic by Volodymyr Larionov will last until January 10, 2015.
