Vasyl Hubal instructed the new heads of district state administrations in Transcarpathia

The head of the Transcarpathian Regional State Administration Vasyl Hubal outlined the priorities for the new heads of district state administrations in their work. The head of the region announced them at the press conference on Wednesday, October 28.

At the meeting with the new heads of DSAs, Vasyl Hubal said that one of the main tasks for them is to work for the development of energy independence, especially in social institutions. 

Also, they discussed financial matters – the end of the year is close, so it is time to form the budget for 2015, and to do this, an audit must be performed. Again, the head of the region asked DSA heads to pay attention to energy-saving projects during these processes, for example, to find reserves for the installation of new boilers, alternative to gas ones, in schools and kindergartens.

Presidential decrees on dismissal of all the heads of the DSAs in Transcarpathia with stamps have already been received. The new heads begin to perform their duties. 12 heads of DSAs have already been appointed – except for Mizhhirya DSA, in respect of this district, there is already a proposition for Yuriy Hnepa, a deputy of the regional council. Next week, there will be official presentations of heads of districts.
