Acting Mayor of Uzhgorod: there will not be no session of Uzhgorod city council

This was reported by the Acting Mayor Victor Shchadey in his comments to the Zaholovok.com.ua.  He said that he was "aware of some opponents’ plan to convene a session" to remove the acting mayor from the office, however, Victor Shchadey has not signed any orders to convene the session.

He also said that the next session is planned to be held, according to the schedule, in the first week of November and officially there have been no letters on convening the session.
Victor Shchadey does not have any information on the required number of signatures collected for an extraordinary session, but he pointed out the following:

"If there is such a letter, then, under the law, the session will be held, but within a 10 days period, that is the session can not be held today. Unless deputies themselves decide to come. But there have been no official letters."

Meanwhile, the mass media owned by the so-called opponents of Victor Shchadey write that the news of an extraordinary session is a clever PR move before the election.

Recall that yesterday the deputy Pavlo Chuchka announced that some deputies of the city council want to convene an extraordinary session to remove Victor Shchadey from the office.
