Yesterday, October 9, the international postal community celebrated 140 years since the establishment of the Universal Postal Union (UPU). The little sculpture "Svobodka" (which is a known "fashionista" in Uzhgorod) joined the celebration and wore new dress embellished with a red embroidered collar and post stamps.
Recall that the mini-sculpture by M. Kolodko, which is very popular with tourists and is a regular model for photographers, has changed a lot of outfits, including sailor’s, accountant’s, bride’s and even witch’s.
