25 plots have been allocated for defenders

 According to the First Deputy Chief of the State Land Agency Office in Transcarpathian region Volodymyr Tokar, the State Land Agency of Ukraine initiated a program to implement the constitutional rights of soldiers to free land from the reserve lands of the state (municipal) property within the norms prescribed by law, for the construction and maintenance of residential building, commercial buildings (smallholding), gardening and individual country construction. This was announced today, July 11, at the briefing, the press service of the Regional State Administration informed.

The Main Office of the State Land Agency in Transcarpathian region and its regional bodies allocated 25 land plots with a total area of ​​308.0573 hectares from the land of state and municipal property within and outside of settlements.

"Allotments will be provided to officers of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, the State Border Service of Ukraine, the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine, the Security Service of Ukraine, performing their official duty to protect the territorial integrity and sovereignty of the state, protection of civilians in eastern and south-eastern regions of Ukraine," – Volodymyr Tokar explained.

According to the official, the Main Office in the region has developed a step by step procedure of land allocation to soldiers and registration of title to it. This information is available on the website of the Main Office http://zemreszak.gov.ua.

Volodymyr Tokar also reported that the regional land management service has allocated 31 land plots for the construction out of land of municipal property within settlements, which, in accordance with legislation, can be transferred free of charge to the ownership of people displaced from the Autonomous Republic of Crimea and Sevastopol. Those are land plots located in Velyky Berezny, Vynogradiv and Mukachevo districts.
