Carriers must ensure quality of service and not say that everything is fine because there are no complaints – he says. Also, carriers should ensure transportation in evening time without complaining that there are few passengers and it is unprofitable.
Also at the executive committee meeting, they reported that information boards at bus stops would be updated. They also mentioned GPS-monitoring, local authorities are now considering offers from firms that provide such services. This will allow to control passenger transportation. The discussion of the increase in bus fares to three hryvnia is quite heated.
Also, they decided to appeal to the Ministry of Social Policy with the request to ensure compensation for the transportation of beneficiaries in full – now it is just over 20%.
