This is what witnesses say: "Before the police, a number of "important" people came at the scene of the accident, they were running around and "taking care" of things while the man responsible for the accident was just standing aside and waiting. Behind the wheel of the second car, there was a woman about 40 years old, she was injuried by an air bag, and the man, who had been on the passenger seat, was barely taken out of the car, because he had been stuck. Fortunately, an ambulance arrived very quickly. And those two, the perpetrator of the accident and his passenger, were not even scratched."
