Rivis will be in charge of minerals

Mykhailo Rivis will be deciding who in Transcarpathia will receive licenses for mineral wealth. 

On June 16th appointed his deputy Mykhael Rivis as the head of the interdepartmental commission on the 
effective use of mineral deposits in the region. 

It is this commission that prepares proposals for granting approval (extension) of licenses and mining 
allotments to entrepreneurs for the use of mineral deposits. In addition, the commission monitors 
the financial and economic performance of the businesses, which have licenses for the use of mineral 
resources, and participates in the development and implementation of regional development 
programs and the use of mineral deposits in the region.
