The outflow of deposits in the banking system of Ukraine has exceeded 75 billion hryvnias.
This was stated by the Finance Minister Oleksandr Shlapak presenting the financial performance of the country in January-April this year at the meeting of the Cabinet of Ministers.
"The unstable situation in the banking sector, the outflow of deposits is 75 billion, and this leads to a lack of credit resources and currency volatility," – Shlapak said.
The minister said that the credit crunch affects the performance of the state budget, as the Ministry of Finance can not enter the domestic debt markets.
