Transcarpathian water added 2,371,000 UAH to the budget

This amount has been transferred to the treasury between January and April 2014 by payers of the fee for special use of water. The specialists of the Main Office of the Ministry of Income in Transcarpathian region report that the income from payments for water use increased by 57,000 UAH compared to the same period in 2013.

Currently, in Transcarpathia, there are 1022 entities and 2167 individual entrepreneurs, that pay the fee for special use of water.

It should be noted that taxpayers calculate the amount of fee cumulatively since the beginning of the year and make a declaration in the form required by Article 46 of the Tax Code of Ukraine with the accounting period of a calendar quarter.

Note: the fee for special use of water, in accordance with Article 323 of the TCU, shall be paid by water users – entities regardless of ownership: legal entities, their subsidiaries, branches, representative offices and other separate units not forming legal entities (other than budgetary institutions), permanent establishments of non-residents, as well as individuals – entrepreneurs who use water obtained by abstraction from water bodies or from primary or other water users, and use it for the purposes of hydropower, water transport and fisheries.
