In the “Vopak”, a buyer paid with a counterfeit 500 UAH note!

Yesterday, law enforcement officers received the information that the office of the National Bank of Ukraine in Transcarpathian region had examined a suspicious banknote, which had been delivered from the Transcarpathian Regional Office of the CB "Privatbank" PJSC. The 500 hryvnia banknote, made in 2006 was withdrawn from a cash register of the "Vopak" store in Beregovo.  According to the Report of Examination, the bill was recognized as fake and withdrawn from circulation and currently is at the office the National Bank in Transcarpathian region.
