Ukrainians have transferred 111.7 million for the army

As of April 24, as part of the "Support the Ukrainian army" campaign, the accounts of the Defense Ministry have received from businesses and individuals more than 111.7 million hryvnias as an aid to the Armed Forces of Ukraine.

This was stated in the press release of the Ministry.

As reported, 105,600,000 UAH is remittances for logistics, the rest is for medical care of the Army.

By calling to the mobile phone number 565, 26,668,000 UAH has been transferred for the support of the Ukrainian army (all – for the logistics of the armed forces).

Also, the account of the Defense Ministry received 85,300 dollars and 34,600 euros. 

After the mandatory sale of the foreign currency (50% of the total amount), the balance of foreign currency on the accounts of the Defense Ministry was 42,650 dollars (equivalent in hryvnia – 481,100 UAH) and 17,300 euros (equivalent in hryvnias – 263,500 UAH).
