"Off with bandits in uniforms!", "Avakov, hear people – appoint competition!", "Lustration for Sharanych!". Under these and other slogans,people gathered on Rakoczy street.
The main demand is that appointments to positions should be transparent, and not be made under clandestine agreements. Namely, to announce a competition for the chief policeman who will be appointed only in consultation with the community.
People in Kyiv also demand the same, the Public convention reports. The protesters emphasize – it’s not about the personality of Sharanych, it’s about the way the system works. And most complaints are about the police authorities.
They also remind about the criminal proceedings against the revolutionaries, and emphasize that people, who worked for the criminal regime, must not manage law enforcement bodies.
By the way, the Lustration committee informed that the file on Sharanych has 52 pages, it was sent to Avakov
