The head of the Transcarpathian Regional Administration decided to employ Vartsaba

The head of the Transcarpathian Regional State Administration Valeriy Lunchenko plans to start making personnel changes at the administration next week. Andriy Vartsaba, who until now has been working as the chairman of the Transcarpathian Business Support Fund, will be appointed as the head of the Department of Foreign Economic Relations, Investments and Cross-Border Cooperation. Andriy Vartsaba has already headed this department, during the terms of "governors" Hennadiy Moskal and Ivan Rizak in 2001-2002.

Now, the Department of Foreign Economic Relations, Investments and Cross-Border Cooperation of the RSA is headed by Mykhailo Bizilya.
