Last night, in the city on Latorica, a chocolate pre-Easter exhibition opened in the new premises of Bondarenko pastry house. This exhibition is unique.
At the time of our arrival, there were already 5 giant chocolate eggs on the presentation table and chocolatier Igor Zaritsky was finishing adding colorful "details".
In the center, there is an 80 cm high egg, which weighs as much as 24 kg. It "blooms." On both sides of it, there are smaller ones – 45 cm high each. The chocolate master told reporters that he and his team had been conjuring over masterpieces for 9 days. All five eggs took nearly 100 kg of black and 20 kg of white Spanish and French chocolate, Igor Bondarenko added.
Igor Zaritsky says that he has been working with chocolate for 6 years now, and this is not the first time he creates an Easter theme. The mayor of Mukachevo said that the Chocolate Show is a significant event for the city, because the chocolate of Bondarenko confectionery house has become a distinctive brand. Instead, the owner Igor Bondarenko said that in this way (with exhibition) he had started preparing townspeople for Easter.
And finally, the exhibition runs until Easter. The owner does not rule out that they may sell the largest egg. Igor Zaritsky said that it costs 10,000 UAH. If no one buys the chocolate exhibits, they will be melted to create new ones for some other holidays.
