Sydorchuk on Medvedchuk’s cottage “we will react if there is an appeal from the owner”

When asked about the information on capturing of the odious politician Viktor Medvedchuk’s estate in Zhdeniyevo, the prosecutor Oleg Sydorchuk answered briefly.

First, he said: "The nationalization of property is not provided by law. In fact, such actions border on the verge of administrtive and criminal liability". As for the reaction of the prosecution, he said, "as we know now, everything is calm and there are no violations of the order; we will respond, if we have the relevant data evidencing the need for response and an appeal from the owner."
