Members of Uzhgorod City Council adopted the decision № 1211, under which they provide 3 million hryvnias for the reconstruction of the "business incubator" on 8 Bereznya street to convert it to a kindergarten.
The decision was taken at the last meeting on 27-28 of February, when all the public attention was focused on the formation of the executive committee.
The idea to transform the incubator into a kindergarten, as you know, belongs to the former mayor of Uzhgorod Victor Pogorelov, it has been repeatedly criticized by the current leaders of the City Council and others.
Also, the idea was not supported by the former Mayor Emil Landovsky and a deputy of the regional council Bohdan Kyniv.
Recall, at the same meeting, the seputies and community activists reached agreement on the situation with the kindergarten number 30.
