“Zakarpattyaoblenergo”: beware, fake bills! (Documents)

Attention, consumers: be careful! "Zakarpattyaoblenergo" PJSC calls to be careful when paying bills!

"Zakarpattyaoblenergo" PJSC reports that many consumers in Uzhgorod (in particular, in the Novy neighborhood, 8 Bereznya street, Slovyanska embankment) recently have received bills from the "Transcarpathian Regional Energy Group" LLC for 9.85 UAH with the purpose of payment indicated as "Subscription fee from the residents for March 2014 in accordance with the contract number 1-a dd. 22.01.2014). Please note that this bill does not specify clearly what services the payment is charged for, but it specifies bank details for money transfer. Many consumers recently have contacted "Zakarpattyaoblenergo" PJSC asking whether we know who is behind this company.

"Zakarpattyaoblenergo" PJSC states that it has no relation to the "Transcarpathian Regional Energy Group" LLC, and in turn appealed to the police to check the facts.

"Zakarpattyaoblenergo" PJSC asks consumers to be careful and in case of any doubt about the validity of received bills, contact the Information Center of the "Zakarpattyaoblenergo" PJSC by phone (0312) 61-98-82.
