Transcarpathian prosecutor’s office for supervision over the observance of laws in the transport sector announced a lawsuit to the Transcarpathian Regional Administrative Court against the decision of Korolevo village council in Vynogradiv district, whereby the land plot of almost 3 hectares in the village of Korolevo, where the stadium "Locomotive" is situated, was illegally withdrawn from the permanent use of the "Chop Locomotive Depot" company.
This fact was revealed folowing the audit conducted by Transcarpathian prosecutor’s office for supervision over the observance of laws in the transport sector as part of the supervision over the observance and application of laws regarding the land law compliance.
Currently, the said lawsuit is pending in court.
