The confrontation on the main square of the region continues. The number of protesters who had gathered at the Transcarpathian Regional State Administration, was less than the number of security forces guarding the building.
The protesters were informed that reinforcement was going to the region to counteract the protest. They went to talk to the chief policeman of the region – Vasyl Vartsaba. He said that local officers of special forces were returning to the region and that "Transcarpathian police do not intend to use force against participants of peaceful assembly."
Then, there were disputes on Narodna Square whether to act decisively. Currently, the protest continues, people are expected and called on to the Assembly at 14.00.
