Traffic policemen almost outnumbering protesters – under such circumstances, a rally around the administrative building of the Transcarpathian Regional State Administration took place.

According to our calculations, 11 cars with flags made seven circles around Narodna Square.

The purpose of the campaign (which, according to the plan, symbolized a circle around the building, which represents the authorities) was to remind those in power that people do not want to obey, particularly "draconian" "laws." And also, to call on all those who care to resist.

The traffic policemen were closely watching the "circle". Uzhgorod Traffic Police Chief Oleksiy Spivak said that the protesters were not breaking the rules, the only thing that could be the issue was the use of klaxon sound.

Meanwhile, the head of the regional traffic police Mykhhailo Boychuk, who was also present at the site, refused to comment. The official did not respond to a request to explain why all those traffic policemen were not reacting to numerous violations of parking rules around Narodna Square.
