Prosecutors failed to have verified the legality of the sale of pharmacy by the end of autumn

As of the end of autumn 2013, the prosecutors of Uzhgorod (headed by Ivan Shtefaniuk) still have not found out whether the Municipal Economy department of the city council sold the premises of the municipal pharmacy number 3 on Svoboda Avenue legally.

The Deputy City Prosecutor R. Bilovar replied to the journalist’s request for information: Currently, the checks into this fact are ongoing, the results will be informed to the public later – "The Stary Zamok" wrote.

As is known, back on July 1, the press service of the Prosecutor’s Office of Uzhgorod stated that the police had organized the checks into the legality of the sale of the city pharmacy number 3.

Overall, in 2013, buildings of three pharmacies were sold in Uzhgorod: in addition to the aforementioned one, they sold the premises on 8 Bereznya and Drugets streets.
