The “Mustard Seed” wants to swap… manhole covers

While the city government is still unable to resolve the issue of missing manhole covers, the "Mustard Seed" Lane wants to make them interesting.The special place in Uzhgorod announced the idea for manholes located on the lane.

"Here, on the Lane, there are 4 manhole covers. They are ordinary, made of cast iron. Uninteresting and gray. We would like to:

1) Swap manhole covers with some other cities (ideally – with sister cities) 

2) Make and cast our own "signature" manhole covers in honor of, for example, the Small Uzh that used to flow very close to the lane, on the now Fedynets street.

The question is this: does anyone know what we should start with, whom to negotiate? In short, give us ideas, contacts, links, etc. Let’s make our city better together!
