They promised to decorate the main Christmas tree of the region, that was brought from Rakhiv district and set up on Narodna Square, back on Monday. However, the process "started" not long ago and the 16 meters high tree is only now being decorated with fairy lights.
Perhaps, we shall see the decorated tree tomorrow. On St. Nicholas day it should be in proper form, as the official "opening" – inflammation of the Christmas tree lights – will be held on December 19.
By the way, on Teatralna square, the 12 meters high Christmas tree, which was brought from Mynai today, is already "dressed up." And the beauty, that "grows" on Petofi square, has been decorated already for a week.
