In Transcarpathia, a storm warning has been announced

 
According to forecasts of the Transcarpathian Hydrometeorology center, during December 9th, heavy snow and sleet, sometimes very heavy snow is expected in the region. Sometimes: blizzards, snow drifts, slush build-up in the afternoon. On the roads there will be sleet. Strengthening of southwest wind, sometimes up to 17-22, in the Carpathian highlands – up to 25-30 m / s, – the Office of teh State Emergencies Service of Ukraine in Transcarpathian region reported.
