In Mukachevo, the bypass road is disappearing after “repair” (PHOTOS)

After emergency patch repair, performed by "experts" of the Oblavtodor in early October, the bypass Pryashivska street in Mukachevo is crumbling. 

The road belongs to roads of national importance, and, according to official information of the Road Service in Transcarpathian region, it was supposed to be repaired by the end of July. Instead, only at the beginning of October, road builders were able to fill some holes with clay. Now, after short rains, it is almost impossible to drive on it. Large trucks and passenger cars have to bypass the bypass road, driving through the city center.   The city authorities say this highway spoils the image of Mukachevo, but they do not have right to repair it at the expense of the city budget, because it is on the balance sheet of the Oblavtodor.
