Yesterday around 21.00, an unknown citizen with multiple fractures of the lower extremities was delivered to Svalyava district hospital from Mukachivska street in Svalyava. The man died in the intensive care unit. The police launched plan "Interception" in Mukachevo, Slalyava, Perechyn and Irshava districts.
The police identified the deceased – a 63-year-old resident of the village of Drachyno. The man was hit by a car, at the scene of the incident they found plastic fragments, shards of glass, shards of headlights that may be from a car "Daewoo Lanos" or "Cherry-Amulet."
