Uzhgorod “family” will receive 18 acres at the RSA (document)

Майже 18 соток планує отримати один з підприємців Ужгорода на сесії Ужгородської міської ради, яка відбудеться завтра.

An Uzhgorod businessman plans to receive almost 18 acres at the session of Uzhgorod City Council to be held tomorrow.

At the session, they plan to approve the cost of the land – behind the RSA building at Hoyda street without number, in area of 0.1759 hectare – in amount of 367,000 UAH at the rate of 208 UAH per square meter. They plan to sell the plot to the city resident Anthony Belushak. Also, the draft decision of the city council offers to allow the entrepreneur to pay for the land until the end of 2018, sunject to a one-time payment of 50 percent of its cost, followed by a monthly repayment of the balance.

         Anthony Belushak is the director of several companies registered at Pogorelov street, 3a.Companies of the mayor’s son Andriy Pogorelov are also registered at the same address in Uzhgorod. In particular, the PE "Ungvar Town", which is the founder of the "family" Uzhgorod newspaper "Ungvar."
