STI in Uzhgorod infroms entities that according to the Law of Ukraine "On the collection and accounting of a single fee for obligatory state social insurance", individuals – entrepreneurs on the simplified taxation system shall be exempt from payment of a single fee for themselves if they are retired because of age or disability and receive pension or social assistance under the law.
However, such persons may pay the single fee if they voluntarily participate in the system of compulsory state social insurance.
