"Who are those foreigners, who stopped right on the sidewalk in the center of Uzhgorod? Why don’t they park cars like that in their own country?" – the citizen says.
We remind you that from time to time Uzhgorod residents record facts of drivers parking their cars disregarding anyone and anything, including the traffic rules. The relevant services should have dealt with this, but obviously they have other things to do. By the way, the author adds: "By the way, the call to the traffic police did not return any results, the policemen promised to sort it out, but only asked what were the brands of cars parked at the City Council!".
