"Today Uzhgorod City Court ruled the appropriate decision to suspend the construction in the park on Dostoevsky-Hodynka streets in Uzhgorod – city council member Victor Shchadey informed in the social network facebook. On September 11, immediately after the violent attack on people by the developer, the lawyer, provided by Viktor Baloha, prepared and filed a suit against the illegal construction on behalf of the residents of neighboring houses.

We have received the text of the decision and handed it to the residents who are guarding their yard around the clock. At least for a while the park will be protected from the construction. Now we need to seek the final resolution of the issue – at the executive committee, the city council, the supervisory authorities and courts," – Victor Shchadey said.
